My freezer is not cold

The evaporator fan motor pulls air over the evaporator coils. The fan circulates it through the freezer. If the evaporator fan motor is not working, the freezer will not cool. Close the freezer door and see if you can pull out the dollar bill. If you can, something is interfering with the seal.
